A Survival mode is also coming on April 7
Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. announced today that the "Cloaked in Silence" DLC for Metal Gear Online, the squad-based multiplayer counterpart to the hit game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, will be available on March 15. The "Cloaked in Silence" pack includes 3 new maps (Coral Complex, Rust Palace and Azure Mountain) and a new playable character, Quiet.
Metal Gear Online will also receive a new mode called "SURVIVAL", scheduled for April 7. In "SURVIVAL" mode, teams of players compete for valuable rewards by achieving the greatest number of consecutive victories. All players can try the new maps for free in "SURVIVAL" mode matches, with a limit of 10 attempts per week (the number of free attempts available will reset every Tuesday during the maintenance period). Players who have purchased the "Cloaked in Silence" pack will have unlimited access to "SURVIVAL" mode and the new maps.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and its Metal Gear Online multiplayer mode are currently available on PlayStation4 and Xbox One for €69, on PC via Steam for €49, and on PlayStation3 and Xbox 360 for €59.
