  • A variety of Fate universes collide: characters from Fate/Extra, Fate/stay night, Fate/Grand Order and other installments in the Fate series make appearances.
  • An entirely new story from the author of the Fate series: Nasu Kinoko, the original creator of Fate/stay night and the writer of Fate/Extra, has crafted a brand-new scenario for Fate/Extella in which the Fate universe and its characters will evolve.
  • A rich story told from different perspectives: the main story is gradually revealed through the viewpoints of its three heroine Servants.
  • A new way to fight: players can now control a Servant in real-time combat and perform a variety of moves.
  • Action-oriented role-playing game (hack-and-slash): varied combos resulting from combinations of light and heavy attacks.
  • Side stories for each character: alongside the main story focusing on Nero, Tamamo and Altera, other Servants also have their own scenarios.
  • Data Share enables cross-save between PS4 and PS Vita, as well as Card Exchange.
