Resident Evil Requiem laboratory safe code

The laboratory-related combinations are found in the ARK portion of the game rather than in a room explicitly called the laboratory. Use the sterilization chamber and control room rows in the table above to identify the right sequence for your difficulty. The detailed sections below explain where each clue is placed, so you can decide whether to solve the puzzle yourself or enter the combination immediately.

Turn the dial in the stated direction and stop at each number in order. A wrong direction or an extra revolution can reset the attempt, so begin again from the first number if the lock does not open. The arrows in this guide are written from the player’s perspective while facing the safe.

As in earlier entries in the series, Resident Evil Requiem scatters combination locks across Leon Kennedy and Grace Ashcroft’s route. Opening them rewards exploration, but each solution is tied to a nearby observation, handwritten note, or easily missed document. We completed the relevant sections in Normal and Demential modes to record every combination and the precise place where the associated clue can be found. The values differ by difficulty for all numerical safes, so always confirm the mode selected in your save before turning the dial.

The list contains six locked rewards in total: three numerical safes at Rhodes Hill, two numerical safes in the ARK, and one alphabetic case in the Raccoon City Police Department. You do not need to hold the clue in your inventory after reading it. As soon as you know the code, you can return to the lock and open it. This is useful when inventory space is limited or when you discover a safe before locating its hint.

Resident Evil Requiem bar lounge safe code

The first safe is on the first floor of the west wing in the Rhodes Hill care center. It sits on the counter in the bar lounge. The document that reveals the combination is in the office on the same floor of the west wing, so it is best to search that small area before spending time trying random numbers at the lock.

Normal: Left 10 · Right 80 · Left 30

Demential: Right 20 · Left 50 · Right 30

Approach the safe after checking the office note. The bar counter is easy to overlook while moving through the lounge, especially if you are following the main objective marker. Its reward is intended for players who take a moment to clear the room instead of heading straight back into the corridor.

Resident Evil Requiem examination room safe code

Next, head to the ground floor of the east wing at Rhodes Hill. The examination room contains the second safe. Its code is written on a document in the small airlock immediately before the conference room, still in the east wing. The clue is close, but the two spaces are separated enough that it is easy to leave the wing without checking the transition room.

Normal: Right 30 · Left 10 · Right 50

Demential: Left 50 · Right 30 · Left 90

Read the note, then return to the examination room and use the matching difficulty sequence. The game does not ask you to carry the paper to the lock; the clue only exists to lead you to the numbers. If you have already progressed past this part of the care center, you can simply backtrack and collect the reward later.

Resident Evil Requiem basement safe code

This safe is more concealed than the first two. Take the connector at the Furnace door to reach the first part of the Inspection area. A pallet truck blocks access to the safe, so move it with the keys found on the corpse to the right. Check the floor and the adjacent path before leaving: the blockage makes the chest seem like a piece of scenery at first glance.

Unlike the other locations, the code is not printed on an ordinary collectible note. It is revealed automatically during Leon’s playable sequence when you open the wooden cabinet in the corridor leading to the attic storage room inside the care center. That timing means you may see the lock before you have the answer; return once that story segment has supplied the combination.

Normal: Right 60 · Left 40 · Right 80

Demential: Left 70 · Right 50 · Left 20

Resident Evil Requiem RPD case code

On the west floor of the Raccoon City Police Department, you eventually reach the S.T.A.R.S. office. At the back of the room is a changing area. One locker holds a case locked with a three-letter code. The solution is RRR, and it is identical in every difficulty mode, so this is the only entry in the guide that does not require a separate Normal or Demential answer.

Two actions are required before searching the upstairs library for the supporting book. First, read Barry’s note in the S.T.A.R.S. office; it lists the tasks that must be completed. Then open the captain’s desk drawer, which causes a library slip to fall out. Without completing both steps, the book containing the code will not be available in the library, even if you search the correct shelves.

Case code: RRR

Resident Evil Requiem ARK sterilization chamber safe code

This safe becomes reachable after moving the crane to open the path for Leon, then continuing as Grace to meet him. Once the hall is open, take the stairs toward Biological Weapons Storage 05. At the bottom of the stairs, stop in the antechamber and look immediately to your right. A recess contains a crate with the note that supplies the code.

A tense ARK corridor before the sterilization chamber safe.

Normal: Right 10 · Left 90 · Right 20

Demential: Left 80 · Right 50 · Left 0

The route through the ARK can feel more linear than Rhodes Hill, but this clue sits off the direct line through the antechamber. Check the recess before following the next objective. If you already entered the sterilization section, the location remains accessible when you return through the storage route.

Resident Evil Requiem ARK control room safe code

The final safe waits in the ARK control room, later in your progress through the facility. It follows the same rule as every numerical safe in this guide: select the row for your difficulty and enter the turns in order. The game accepts the combination as soon as you know it, whether you discovered the related document yourself or used this guide to confirm it.

Normal: Left 50 · Right 60 · Left 80

Demential: Right 20 · Left 0 · Right 70

Before moving on, make a manual note of the combination if you are playing without the guide open. The control room is found deep enough into the ARK that returning after a long story sequence can take time. As with the other locks, the document is a clue rather than a required key item.

Resident Evil Requiem safe code FAQ

Do safe codes change with difficulty?

Yes. Every numerical safe has a different sequence in Normal and Demential modes. The RPD case is the exception: its three-letter code is always RRR. Check the table before entering a sequence, since a correct Normal code will not open the same lock on Demential difficulty.

Do I need to keep the clue in my inventory?

No. Once you have read and remembered the clue, the safe can be opened without carrying the physical document. This lets you revisit a location later and still claim the reward.

How many safes are in Resident Evil Requiem?

There are five numerical safes: three at Rhodes Hill and two in the ARK. The RPD also contains one alphabetic case, making six locked rewards covered by this guide.

What is the Raccoon City Police Department case code?

The case in the S.T.A.R.S. office changing area uses RRR. It does not change between Normal and Demential modes.

Method: every code in this guide was recorded in-game on PC and PS5 in Normal and Demential modes, then checked again after a content update.

Before leaving any safe behind, compare the combination with the difficulty label shown in the pause menu. Normal and Demential use different numerical sequences, and a single reversed turn is enough to keep the mechanism locked. Enter the first turn carefully, pause at the exact number, then reverse direction only when the next instruction says to do so. If the safe does not react after the final number, reset the dial and repeat the complete sequence instead of trying to correct only the last movement.

Exploration also makes these rewards easier to collect on a first run. Search offices, transition rooms, storage alcoves, and lockers before following the next story marker. Resident Evil Requiem places most written clues close to their locks, but the clue can appear before or after the safe in the natural route. Take a note of each code as you find it, especially in the ARK where returning later can involve several rooms and objectives. The list above remains ordered by location, so it can be used either as a full solution or as a quick check after you discover a clue yourself.
