We already knew that
Wolfenstein: The New Order offered several approaches depending on the situation. But evidently,
MachineGames has taken the concept further than we thought. During a discussion on
Reddit, creative director Jens Matthies went so far as to advise players to complete the campaign twice, as it would vary significantly depending on a crucial choice made at the beginning of the game.
In short, this would mean there are practically "two games in one," since Jens Matthies clearly refers to "an alternate timeline" and a story altered as a result.
The game is exclusively single-player, but we have put a great deal of work into its replay value. More specifically, the player makes a choice at the beginning of the game, and the consequence opens up an alternate timeline that changes the plot. We recommend doing a second run to see what happens differently. I don't want to spoil anything, but it changes the story and affects the gameplay to some extent. We see it as an alternate ending, and it doesn't just affect the final cinematic, but the tone in general.

The person in question also revealed that it takes around twenty hours to complete
Wolfenstein: The New Order 100% (thank you, collectibles). We will find out for ourselves starting May 20. Don't forget to pre-order it to gain access to the beta for the next
DOOM (PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC only).

Wolfenstein, subtitled
The New Order, is coming to Sony Computer Entertainment and Microsoft consoles, as well as PC, in just a few days. A launch trailer was also released on May 15, 2014, to entice FPS fans.

For now, we are focusing on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. According to two people who already own the game,
Wolfenstein: The New Order apparently updates itself when the disc is inserted into the console. On Mr. S.'s machine, around 5 GB of space is required; on the American giant's platform, 7.3 GB. At present, we do not know what these few gigabytes are for or whether the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC editions will receive similar treatment.
