The very first content pack for JUST CAUSE 3, titled SKY FORTRESS, arrives in March 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and high-end PC. Holders of the AIR, LAND & SEA Expansion Pass will get access to it one week before release.
You can already watch the SKY FORTRESS trailer. "Just Cause 3 is a high-flying action game, and the Air, Land & Sea expansion aims even higher, you can believe me," said Tobias Andersson, Senior Producer at Avalanche Studios. "We have spent a great deal of time making sure that every new item is integrated into the main game, so players can use them during existing missions. Rico's new armed Bavarium wingsuit will completely shake up the gameplay of Just Cause 3.
We really can't wait to see the players' crazy stunts!" SKY FORTRESS offers an entirely new selection of missions, introducing a new threat for Rico: a huge, absolutely terrifying sky fortress... and an army of robot drones.
To face this formidable opponent, Rico Rodriguez has a new armed and upgradeable Bavarium wingsuit equipped with boosters. Oh, and it comes with integrated machine guns and homing missiles. And that's not all: he also has access to a new assault rifle (the Bavarium Exploder), as well as an Eviction drone.
The second pack in the Expansion Pass, LAND MECH ASSAULT, will offer a new series of missions, introducing a unique new vehicle, usable in the main game: an armored mech armed with a gravity gun, allowing it to send objects flying through the air and hurl them in any direction. As tough as a tank, the mech is nevertheless very easy to control and surprisingly agile. The AIR, LAND & SEA expansion will conclude with BAVARIUM SEA HEIST—we will reveal more details about it over the coming months. The SKY FORTRESS pack will be available for €11.99, while the AIR, LAND & SEA Expansion Pass is available to purchase for €24.99. All three content packs will be available before the end of summer 2016, and will be released one week earlier for Expansion Pass holders.
