The Elder Scrolls: Legends closed beta begins today
Players can now sign up on Bethesda.net for a chance to join the closed beta on PC
Bethesda Softworks, a ZeniMax Media company, today announced that registration is open for the closed beta of The Elder Scrolls: Legends, the first strategic card game based on the renowned The Elder Scrolls franchise. Starting today, selected participants will be able to play in the first closed beta on PC. New players will be invited over the coming months to sign up and experience The Elder Scrolls: Legends.
Legends will be playable at the Bethesda booth (#8021) during PAX East, which will take place in Boston from April 22 to 24. For those unable to attend PAX East, the official Twitch.tv channel will broadcast live from PAX on Saturday, April 23 at 6:00 p.m. a presentation of the game hosted by Bethesda's Pete Hines, who will reveal the first official gameplay footage as well as provide an overview of the game.
Based on The Elder Scrolls series, the strategic card game Legends explores the characters, creatures, myths and legends of the franchise. Legends features numerous game modes and is packed with simple, varied challenges that are easy to pick up. Designed to satisfy players of all skill levels, Legends' gameplay remains accessible to beginners who want to jump in quickly, while offering the depth needed to delight expert players. The many deck types and strategies will make every match a unique experience.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends is being developed by Dire Wolf Digital for PC and iPad. Additional platforms will be announced at a later date.
