Epic Games announces Battle Breakers for mobile and PC

Battle Breakers, available today in a limited release in the Philippines, will soon be available worldwide on Android, iOS and PC. Android players can pre-register today and receive an exclusive hero by visiting the game's page. "The teams at Epic had the crazy idea of combining our love of over-the-top 1980s cartoons with our obsession with turn-based tactical RPGs to create something unique," explains Donald Mustard, Epic Games' worldwide creative director. "If you share these passions, you won't be able to stop yourself from humming the Battle Breakers music with a huge smile as you fight to claim victory."
Battle Breakers is an exciting adventure blending fantasy and science fiction in a cartoon-like setting. It lets you recruit hundreds of unique heroes and create formidable teams of ninjas, knights, robots and talking dinosaurs. Battle space monsters invading every corner of our world, from frozen territories to lava fields, ancient forests and mountains. Master the elements and defeat your enemies through strategy, smash crystals to unlock hidden treasures, and power up your heroes to gradually reclaim control of the Kingdom!
A playable version of Battle Breakers will be available to the public this week at the Epic Games booth at GDC, located in Moscone South, Booth 1024. In addition, Epic Games will host its own "State of Unreal" presentation on Wednesday, March 1 at 10:00 a.m. in Moscone West, Room 3001. During the presentation, further major announcements will be made, and the talks will be streamed live on the Unreal Engine Twitch, YouTube and Facebook pages.
